This date falls in the disputed window
It is after the Start of Spring but before the lunar new year, so the two conventions disagree: Monkey by the solar-term rule used in divination, Goat by the festival rule. Printed tables usually show the second one.

Element balance of the eight characters
Two different “elements” are quoted for a birth year. The Fire fate above is the traditional nayin (纳音) of the year pillar, which is what “Fire below the Mountain” means in folk astrology. The colours and counts below come from the stem and branch of each pillar, which is the method used for a five-element reading.

Try another hour
Hour of birth changes the hour pillar, and after 23:00 it can move the day pillar too.
